We know that you have a lot to keep track of. Sling makes it easy to ensure your billing details end up with the person they should.
You can add one (or more) email address to your account's billing details so that the appropriate recipients will automatically receive invoice communications.
Please note that we recommend only adding the email address of a person who is joined to your company's Sling account, as we are not authorized to provide invoice details to people who are not active users on an account.
Add recipients for account invoices
From your Dashboard page, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Account from the dropdown menu.
On the next screen, select the Billing tab.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on the pencil icon near Billing Information.
Scroll down until you see the option to add another email. Here, you can enter the email address for the person who should receive a copy of the invoices Sling generates.
If you need to add more people, you can click the "Add another email" button again to open another field to add another email address.
Once you've added the necessary email addresses, don't forget to save your changes!
View account invoices
Please note that it is only possible to view invoices on the web version of Sling.
To view invoices on your account, log in to your account, click your name in the upper right corner, then select "Account."
From there, select the invoices tab.
To generate a PDF of the invoice, click on the 3-dot option, then click "View invoice."
