Edit the details that will appear on your invoice, and indicate who should receive the invoices that Sling generates for your account

We know that you have a lot to keep track of. Sling makes it easy to ensure your billing details end up with the person they should.

You can add one (or more) email address to your account's billing details so that the appropriate recipients will automatically receive invoice communications.

Please note that we recommend only adding the email address of a person who is joined to your company's Sling account, as we are not authorized to provide invoice details to people who are not active users on an account.

Add recipients for account invoices

From your Dashboard page, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Account from the dropdown menu.

On the next screen, select the Billing tab.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, where you'll see the field to enter an email address for the person who should receive a copy of the invoices Sling generates.

If you need to add more people, you can select the option to do so as well!

View account invoices

Please note that it is only possible to view invoices on the web version of Sling.

To view invoices on your account, log into your account, click your name in the upper right corner, then select "Account."

From there, select the invoices tab.

To generate a PDF of the invoice, click on the 3 dot option, then click "View invoice."
