Premium users can mark a shift as no show when one of their employees doesn't show up to work.

To mark a shift as No show, just follow these steps:

From the Web:

  1. Go to the calendar
  2. Click on the Shift in questions
  3. Click on the options button (3 dots) and then click Mark as No Show

Next, you can add a comment (such as the reason) and decide whether to make a copy of the shift. Creating a copy allows you to reassign the shift, make it available or offer it to someone.

Once you're done, a no show event will be displayed and will be visible to you, the other managers and the concerned employee.

 From the app:

  1. Go on the calendar
  2. Tap on the Shift in question
  3. Tap on the options button (3 dots) and then tap on Mark as No Show
  4. There you can add a comment (such as the reason) and decide whether to make a copy of the shift
  5. Once you're done, a no show event will be and will be visible to you, the other managers and the concerned employee

Please note: employees can't see the no show events assigned to their coworkers, only managers and administrators can.
