You've decided to upgrade, so now what?
In order to activate your new subscription, you'll need to let Sling know you're upgrading, and enter your payment details.
You'll need to be an admin on the account to complete these steps, and it's not possible to upgrade from the mobile app at this time.
Please note as well that this is not concerning Toast+Sling integration accounts. In order to upgrade to Scheduling Pro, visit your Toast Shop to add Sling Pro to your locations.
Login to your Sling account from the web, and then click on your name in the upper right corner for the dropdown menu where you can select "Account."
Then, select the "Billing" tab within your Account page, and you'll see the button to purchase a new subscription:
Note that beneath each subscription type, you'll find a summary of features that are included with it.
Once you select which plan you want to purchase, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose the payment details for your subscription.
Select which subscription you would like to use--Premium or Business.
Next select the billing cycle you prefer. Please be sure to look over our Help Center article about billing options before you select which cycle to apply.
Then you can enter your payment method information and review your plan details before completing your purchase.
