Once you have a schedule built just the way you want it, you can click the options button (3 dots) at the top right of the page to save the template (Day and Week view only).

You can also apply filters to save templates for specific locations, positions, groups, or any combination you choose. 

Once you're ready to save your schedule, it will allow you to name the template and add a description. You can also choose to unassign the shifts and whether or not to include unpublished shifts:

Once it's saved, you can use the load schedule from template option to apply those shifts to any future dates:
