If you need to share some information with your manager about your shift, you can do that easily by adding a comment to your timesheet when you clock out for the day.
Currently this feature is only accessible when you are clocking OUT for your shift.
From the mobile app
Through your Dashboard:
Select the option to Clock out once you are ready to end your shift.
You'll be redirected to a screen where the details of your shift are summarized. Confirm you are clocking out by selecting the "Clock out" bar near the bottom of your phone's screen.
You'll come back to a screen with your shift summary again, where you can now tap on the three dots button at the top right corner.
Select Add comment, and type in your note.
Remember to tap Save before leaving the page!
Through your timesheet
Tap on More at the bottom of your screen.
Select Time sheets.
Tap on the timesheet you want to edit.
Tap on the three dots button at the top right corner.
Tap on Add comment.
Type in your note and Save.
From the web app
Through your Dashboard:
At the end of your shift, select the option to Clock out from your Dashboard.
Type your note into the Comment field, and save by pressing Clock out button at the bottom right.
Through your Timesheet:
You only have the option of Adding or Editing a comment using the mobile app at this time.
Select the More option from the bottom menu.
Tap on Time sheets.
Tap on the timesheet you wish to add/edit a comment for.
Select the option dots at the upper right of the screen to select the Edit comment option.
Some additional notes:
You cannot add notes for timesheets in the future.
It's only possible to add a note before you complete a shift (meaning not once you have already clocked out).
You can only edit timesheet comments using the mobile app at this time.
