To enable your staff to see the full schedule for all positions, go to Dashboard > Settings > Company Settings. Scroll down to the Restrictions section and find Visibility of schedules for employees. Switch the toggle to “Yes” and choose the option you would like from the drop down menu.

If it's already enabled from your end, have your employees click the Full schedule tab on the shifts page (web).

If they are unable to see all the shifts in the app, ask them to check their schedule filters.
