To see available shifts, you must be assigned to the same position and location as the scheduled shift. Check with your admin or manager if you are unsure whether this applies.
If you know you share the same position and location, check your app schedule filters.
Go to the Shifts tab and tap the Filter button.
On the next screen, make sure available shifts is selected. Tap apply filters to save any changes.
This should make any applicable available shifts visible to you.
