If your business is seasonal or you don’t want to use Sling’s paid features for a period of time but you’d like to use your subscription again at a later date, you can pause your subscription.
To pause your subscription, click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on “Account” from the drop-down menu.
Please note that it’s only possible to pause your subscription from the web version of Sling.
From the Account window, go to the Billing tab. In the Billing window, click on the 3-dot option button, then choose “Pause subscription.”
When you select that option, you’ll need to choose when you would like to resume your paid subscription.
You’ll be asked to choose a reason for pausing the subscription.
Once you click the “Pause Business” button, you’ll see a confirmation that the subscription has been paused and that you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
