Customer support is available for Sling customers and prospective Sling customers from 8 AM to 8 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 8 PM on the weekends.
Please note that we are not affiliated with Sling TV, and can only provide support for the Sling Employee Scheduling app.
When you go to Sling's website (getsling.com) or log into your company's Sling account on the web (http://login.getsling.com), you will see a chat icon in the bottom right of your screen that looks like this:
If you click on this icon, you'll be connected to Sling Customer Support.
If you are using the Sling phone app, you can also initiate a conversation with the Support team by tapping More in the bottom menu, and then tapping Help & Support.
Once you begin a chat with the customer support team, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible.
Please note that the Customer Support team is not currently set up for phone communication.
