Customer support is available for Sling customers and prospective Sling customers from 8 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 6:30 PM (Eastern) on the weekends. The Sling Support team also provides assistance with the Sling+Toast integration.
Please note that we are not affiliated with Sling TV, and can only provide support for the Sling Employee Scheduling app.
When you go to Sling's website (getsling.com) or log into your company's Sling account on the web (http://login.getsling.com), you will see a chat icon in the bottom right of your screen that looks like this:
If you click on this icon, you'll be connected to Sling Customer Support.
If you are using the Sling phone app, you can also initiate a conversation with the Support team by tapping More in the bottom menu, and then tapping Help & Support.
Once you begin a chat with the customer support team, your message will be answered as soon as possible. Typically, the team is able to reply within a few hours.
Please note that the Customer Support team is not currently set up for phone communication.
If you prefer to communicate via email, you can also reach the Sling Support team by sending a message to help@getsling.com. These emails will come through the same chat service that the team uses to communicate with customers directly through the Sling app.
