How to contact Customer Support for Sling

Use chat to communicate with the customer support team

Customer Support Hours of Operation:

Our team is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Eastern) on the weekends.

How to Contact Customer Support:

To chat with support, you must be logged into your account.

To access support, log in to your account via the Sling dashboard (login.getsling.com) or your Toast dashboard (pos.toasttab.com). Once you have logged in, you will see a chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

From Sling:

From Toast Web:

If you click on this icon, you'll be connected to Sling Customer Support.

From the Sling mobile app:

If you are using the Sling mobile app, you can also initiate a conversation with the Support team by tapping More in the bottom menu and then tapping Help & Support.

Once you begin a chat with the customer support team, your message will be answered as soon as possible.

FAQ

Common Reasons you may be having trouble logging in:

  • Incorrect Email: Ensure you are using the exact email address associated with your profile. Please contact your employer to assist with your profile email.

  • Forgotten Password: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

  • User Access: You have been removed from the account. Please contact your employer regarding your profile status.

Why am I being sent to Toast to log in?

  • If you have a unified login for Toast and Sling, you will be automatically redirected to the Toast login page whenever you try to access Sling.
