If your company uses the PTO feature in our Business version, you may need to choose a more specific reset date to match your needs.
By default, it will reset as of January 1st each year, but you can easily change this.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Time off.
Under the Time off capping section, you will see the Reset date setting. Click the drop-down menu to choose between a common date or employee hire date.
Common date means the caps will reset for all employees on the same date each year. You will see the option to choose the date underneath.
Hire date means that each employee's PTO caps will reset according to the hire date set in their profile. If no hire date is entered for an employee, the reset date defaults to Jan 1.
