If you forgot your password and can't log in or just want to update it, you can request a reset link here:
You'll need to have access to the email address listed in your profile.
If you forgot your user ID, please reach out to your manager so they can tell you which email address is listed in your profile.
If you no longer have access to the email address on file, please contact us.
If you still have access to your account, but would like to change your password, you can also do this by going to your profile page.
Please note it is only possible to request a reset password link from the Sling app. You will still need to complete the process using your email and an internet browser.
Your profile is accessible by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.
If you're an employee on the account, you can also select to view your profile from the Dashboard.
Once you're in your profile, then scroll down until you see the button to reset your password.
After you click this, you will need to check your email and follow the link within the email to continue the reset process.
