Deleting a location will permanently remove its information along with any scheduled shifts, tasks, pages, and conversations. The action is not reversible; once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Before you can delete a location permanently, you must archive it. Click here to view the directions for how to archive a location.
If you decide you no longer need to retain a particular location, then you can delete it from the Archived section of your Locations page in the web version of Sling.
From your Dashboard, go to the Locations page.
Select the options dots for the location you wish to delete, and you will see the option to do so:
When you select to delete, you'll be prompted to confirm you want to permanently remove all details for that location from the account.
Once you fill in the prompt details, you'll notice the option to Delete becomes active:
Finally, click Delete and the location and all associated info will be removed from your account.
