From time to time, you may notice that your shifts are not syncing properly to your Google Calendar (if you are using the Premium or Business version of Sling).
If you received a message in your Dashboard that the authorization for your Google Calendar sync has expired, here are the steps you can take to refresh the sync. Please note that these examples are for the web version of Sling.
Go to your Sling Settings > Preferences, and disable the Google Calendar Sync.
In another tab, open your Google Calendar.
Clear any old iterations of Sling that may still be listed along the left side.
Go back to your Sling tab, and toggle the sync back on.
Complete Authorization for Sling to communicate with your Google account.
Remember to click Save at the bottom of the screen before leaving the Settings page.
Make sure the new Sling appears in your Calendar (it should be a new color).
