All browsers should work well for Sling, but we have found that some work better than others.

There are quite a few bugs associated with Internet Explorer, for example. It is has been discontinued by Microsoft since 2015, so we suggest you try a newer browser. If you want to stick with Microsoft, they have a new browser called Edge. Otherwise, Chrome and Firefox are very good alternatives. 

With any browser, making sure you have the most current version has many benefits including increased security, stability, and a faster browsing experience. While most browsers update automatically, you can check to see if there is an update available if you notice that Sling is not working or displaying properly.

If you do have the most recent update for your browser and notice that Sling is not working properly, please contact Sling Customer Support so that the team can investigate.
